3. Account Registration

Some features of our Services require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

4. Cashback Program Terms

Our cashback program is subject to the following terms:

• Eligibility: Cashback is only available on qualifying purchases through participating merchants when the extension is properly activated.
• Tracking: Purchases must be tracked through our affiliate links. Using other coupon extensions simultaneously may interfere with tracking.
• Pending Period: Cashback remains pending for 30-90 days to allow for returns and cancellations.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum balance of $10 is required to withdraw cashback rewards.
• Payment Methods: Cashback can be withdrawn via PayPal or gift cards, subject to availability.
• Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, cashback rates and availability are subject to change without notice.

SaveMate aggregates coupon codes and deals from various sources. You understand and agree that:

• We do not guarantee that any coupon code will work or provide the advertised discount
• Coupon codes and deals are provided by third-party merchants and are subject to their terms
• Availability, terms, and discount amounts may change at any time without notice
• Some codes may have usage restrictions, minimum purchase requirements, or exclusions
• We are not responsible for any issues with third-party merchant promotions

6. Price Information

Price information displayed through our Services is obtained from third-party sources and may not always be accurate or up-to-date. Prices can change rapidly due to merchant updates, regional variations, and other factors. We provide price information for informational purposes only and do not guarantee its accuracy. Always verify prices directly with the merchant before making a purchase.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC SAVINGS OR THAT COUPON CODES WILL WORK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAVEMATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; (C) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICES; (D) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICES; OR (E) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SaveMate and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our website or extension prior to the change becoming effective. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SaveMate regarding the Services.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
